Best Offseason So Far?

I'm not going to make any excuses, I'm an Orlando homer.
I root for the Magic.
So no surprise, I think they had the best offseason.

They have in my opinion, the deepest team. The bench (if they sign Watson and Barnes) is the deepest in the NBA too.

Anyways who is the team you think improved the most?
Raptors?
Cavs?
Mavs?
Spurs?

    I think the Spurs with RJ and a healthy Manu will win it all next season.

    I'm assuming that the Lakers WILL NOT sign Odom though.
